Compassion Connection sees "Love That Transforms" as its central focus. Transformation, to us, means helping clients build healthy self-esteem, self-sufficiency, ability to manage life issues, and, finally, contributing to the needs of others.

Our Vision: Connecting people with services and organizations to empower individuals to become what they were created to be, transforming their lives and our culture.

Our Mission: Compassion Connection is a 501(c)(3), faith-based, non-profit organization that exists to holistically (emotionally, physically, socially, and spiritually) meet needs and effect life transformation of persons living in the South Pittsburgh region.

Compassion Connection has three branches.

1. Compassion Connection Counseling Center, with five qualified counselors
2. Life Management Services with classes and support groups to address issues people face in daily life
3. Human Services which include Angel Food Ministry, Food Bank along with other human services

Our scriptural desire comes from Zechariah 7:9b (The Message): "Treat one another justly. Love your neighbors. Be compassionate with each other."
